Evan Salter

Evan Salter is an experienced financial executive with a CPA/CMA as well as a certificate in Indigenous Leadership from Harvard Business School. Evan has an extensive leadership background in operational management and economic development. He has over 15 years of experience in executive roles (CEO & CFO) with Indigenous organizations. Evan has a wide breadth of industry experience and specializes in strategic planning, financial analysis, and stakeholder management. He is dedicated to driving results, with a strong focus on integrity and team collaboration.
Evan is a member of the Benoit First Nation and relocated from Nova Scotia. He is looking forward to building his new life in Prince George and leading Tano T’enneh into a future of growth and positive impact for the nation.

Confidence Ben is the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Tano T’enneh, the economic development arm of Lheidli T’enneh First Nation. She brings a strong background in Human Resources and social services, with a commitment to fostering inclusive, people-centered workplaces that align with organizational growth and strategic priorities.
Prior to joining Tano T’enneh, Confidence worked with Lheidli T’enneh First Nation, where she supported a broad range of HR initiatives. She continues to apply her experience to strengthen corporate operations and support employee development within the organization.
Her areas of expertise include employee relations, recruitment and selection, benefits administration, and training and development. Confidence is passionate about cultivating positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and building HR frameworks that contribute to long-term success.

Office Administrator

Tabatha Flynn is the Office Administrator at Tano T’enneh Enterprises, bringing over 12 years of dedicated experience with Lheidli T’enneh Nation. In her current role, she oversees daily office operations, supports internal processes, and ensures the smooth functioning of administrative systems.
Throughout her career, she has held key roles in the finance office and contributed to the housing department, demonstrating her versatility and strong commitment to community operations.
After a short time away,
Tabatha rejoined the team to support the Nation’s corporate arm, Tano T’enneh, where she thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Having witnessed and contributed to the growth of Lheidli T’enneh over the years, she is proud to play a role in advancing its economic development and continued success.

Allan Stroet

Mr. Allan Stroet is the Manager of Economic Development with Tano T’enneh Enterprises.  He brings almost 15 years of economic development management experience with him to the role where he played key roles in attracting investment, working with new and existing entrepreneurs, and acquiring grant funding. 
At Tano T’enneh, he is responsible for, among other things, managing existing and potential relationships with proponents, corporations, and partner businesses.  Allan is also responsible for connecting band owned or member owned businesses to opportunities that are presented to Tano T’enneh.  The Tano T’enneh Economic Development department is the first stop for companies wanting to do business in or with the Lheidli T’enneh Nation.
Allan was born and raised in Smithers and came to Prince George in 2001 to attend the University of Northern British Columbia where he received his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 2006.  In addition to his economic development experience, he has experience in the financial sector as well as the forest sector.

Rowan Paulsen

Mr. Rowan Paulsen is the Economic Development Officer for Tano T’enneh Enterprises. In 2024 he completed an Internship with the District of Mackenzie where he acquired work experience in both the Corporate Services and Finance Departments.
Prior to his internship, Rowan has worked in a sawmill, a museum, and even in a photobutton booth at summer fairs throughout BC. At Tano T’enneh, he works on economic development assignments, including working with partner companies.
Rowan has a Master of Arts in Anthropology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Northern British Columbia.

Mr. Lance Aclan serves as the Finance Manager for Tano T’enneh General Partnership Corporation, bringing a strong background in accounting and financial management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Accounting and offers a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors.
Before joining Tano, Lance worked as an Accountant for a local insurance company in the Lower Mainland, where he further developed his analytical and financial reporting skills. His early career also includes co-op terms with the federal government and a public accounting firm, where he gained valuable insights into regulatory compliance and financial operations.
Known for his attention to detail, critical thinking, and dedication to delivering high-quality results, Lance plays a key role in supporting the financial health and strategic objectives of the organization.
