Robert French is a seasoned Human Resource leader with over a decade of experience across environmental, industrial oil and gas, and manufacturing sectors. He brings deep experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

He most recently served as Human Resource Manager at LP Building Solutions in Dawson Creek, BC where he lead strategic HR initiatives and supported a dynamic operational workforce. Prior to that, he held positions with SynergyAspen Environmental Inc, ClearStream Energy Services, and WorkBC, consistently alighning people strategies with business goals.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Northern British Columbia, A Human Resources Management Certificate from Simon Fraser University, and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
