Confidence Ben is the Human Resources Manager with Lheidli T’enneh First Nation. Confidence is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record of success in managing all aspects of HR operations. With a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Human Resources and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration, Confidence brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to LTFN.

At LTFN, she is responsible for, among other things, managing the day-to day operations of human resources including employee relations, benefit administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, succession planning, HR planning, talent management, performance management, and personnel management to improve and enhance corporate initiative aligning with LTFN strategic goals. In addition to her human resources experience, she has experience in the social service sector.
