Constance holds a Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Accounting from the College of New Caledonia. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Studies from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, UK.

Before joining in Lheidli T’enneh Constance worked in Prince George Public Library, Eagle Nest Community and Aboriginal services and Thompson Community services. Known for her enthusiasm, self-motivation, and reliability, Constance approaches her work with meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy. She has a solid foundation in financial management, accounting principles, and quantitative analysis. Constance ensures compliance with regulations and guidelines while providing valuable insights and recommendations to improve financial processes. In her role as Finance Officer, Constance demonstrates exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Her ability to strategize, plan, and prioritize tasks allows her to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality work even in demanding and fast-paced environments.
