The countdown is over, and we’re excited to welcome members home for the 2026 Annual General Meeting and Fun Day on August 8 and 9.
To help you prepare for the weekend, we’ve created a comprehensive Know Before You Go Guide containing important information about schedules, locations, registration, door prize eligibility, travel cheques, shuttle services, child minding, healer appointments, activities, waivers, and more.
For members who are unable to attend in person, the AGM will also be available via livestream:

Welcome home. Safe travels, and we’ll see you soon. ❤️
