General Manager - Band Operations

Gloria Catherall is professional Member of the Council for the Advancement of Native Development Officers (CANDO). Gloria represented Burns Lake, BC as a Board of Director on the Nechako Kitamaat Development Fund Society (NKDF) and has assisted in representing and supporting community economic projects in her area.

She graduated from Royal Roads University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, in addition to a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing & Management  from the College of New Caledonia and a Provincial Instructor Diploma from Vancouver Community College.  Ms Catherall is a Native woman from the Cowessess First Nation. Gloria’s brings years of experience in building capacity with Native Bands and her collaborative approach to project development and high ethical values with firm beliefs in transparency, accountability and integrity are assets she brings to this position.
